Leftover pork or ground turkey gets cooked up with leftover grains and random fridge veggies to form a new dinner you can smother in chili crisp.

chopped leftover pork tenderloin
½ cup diced onion
½ cup diced celery
chopped broccoli
½ cup diced bell pepper
½ cup diced carrots
½ cup frozen peas
cooked leftover brown rice or quinoa
sliced jalapeño
–3 thinly sliced radishes
shredded red cabbage
½ cup diced pineapple
Stir Fry Sauce
soy sauce
cornstarch
grated fresh ginger
grated garlic
miso
chili crisp
Toppings
fried eggs
Extra chili crisp
Soy sauce for serving
