Tali Sauce Bowls
A build-your-own bowl packed with veggies, grains, and protein that works for dinner and stretches into lunch the next day. The tali sauce is the real star—creamy, tangy, a little spicy, and not optional.

OR 1 block tofu
spring mix

cherry tomatoes

sliced black olives
½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup pumpkin seeds
batch Tali Sauce
batch Crispy Chickpeas
TALI SAUCE
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup water
¼ cup nutritional yeast
⅓ cup chickpeas
½ tsp mustard powder
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp curry powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp salt
CRISPY CHICKPEAS
Remaining chickpeas from the can
