Citrus Salmon Tacos

Covered in lemons, limes, and oranges, this salmon roasts lowish and slowish until it's juicy and tender. This filet is excellent as easy fish tacos, but also works as the main dish with a big green salad and crusty bread.

bell peppers
white or red onion

head of sliced red cabbage
pico de gallo
avocado or prepared guacamole
Hot sauce
Lemon and lime wedges
