
Hearty Sausage, Kale, and Bean Soup
Make ahead: Chop, wash, and prep 2-3 bunches of kale for later in the week.

This week uses a handful ingredients in a few different ways. A hearty soup, an orzo salad full of fresh veggies, kale three times (you'd never know), and thick crust pizza. There's even a mid week break to bake a treat, aka Cookie Wednesday, and then eat leftovers, known here as 'pick it' night. Pick what you want and keep it easy.

On Wednesdays we bake treats.

Finish cooking the spaghetti in the sauce.

Fills a whole sheet pan and feeds a crowd
Make ahead: Make the dough anywhere from 2-24 hours ahead of time.

Good for eating and great for giving

Pull a couple eggs early for soft boiled eggs on toast
Make ahead: Boil a dozen for weeklong easy snacking, extra protein on salads and bowls, or for a classic lunch sammy.
