What I'm Cooking This Week

Soup, Two Pastas, and Homemade Pizza

Plan, Shop, Cook, Reuse, EAT!

This week uses a handful ingredients in a few different ways. A hearty soup, an orzo salad full of fresh veggies, kale three times (you'd never know), and thick crust pizza. There's even a mid week break to bake a treat and eat leftovers, known here as 'pick it' night. Pick what you want and keep it easy. The goal isn't a perfect plan with a perfect dinner each night. The goal is to make it to Sunday, cooking a little creatively and a little more thoughtfully throughout the week.
